I was so self-conscious I had to hold a hand over my mouth every time I spoke and was ashamed of them. They never judged me they never made me feel humiliated and they were really kind which made such a difference. They also listened to me rather than telling me what I needed. I cannot tell you how fantastic the results were and are. They didn't just give me back my smile - they gave me back my entire life. I am now more confident happier and I can't believe all of this just comes from dental work they were able to do. The other thing I must mention is that unlike lots of places they did not charge thousands and thousands of pounds. After having an unfortunate accident and losing 3 of my teeth in August, I contacted Amanda the Practice Manager and she had me seen within that week by Nick Stoy and Kayleigh, who made me feel hopeful that I will eventually get my smile back. I had to have 2 surgical extractions on the roots left in the gum and I have now had implants and are due to get the crowns for these in December, I was petrified going into the surgery but Nick and Kayleigh made me feel so at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Meanwhile, I had to have a denture to fill the gaps. Amanda sorted these within 3 days for me and bent over backwards to make sure they were perfect, as I have an unusual mouth/hypodontia. I wouldn’t be without the dentures now, I instantly feel better when they are in and people comment how natural they look. My confidence took a real hit after the accident but Amanda, Nick and the team have really looked after me. Can’t wait to get the final implant crowns in December. Also, Linsey on reception was an absolute pleasure to deal with, her communication skills were excellent and she is always so warm and welcoming. Fab team and I am now signing my family up to the monthly plan. I will not go back to an NHS dentist now. The care is absolutely outstanding.
